I know that USHS has gotten at least two 2 divisions in the past four years. Am I right? | Comments: | I'm real sorry that Martin got a 2 this year and Cigarroa 2. Martin never saw this coming, they never expected a 2 in marching since they have never gotten a 2 before. Well it had to come one day. Martin made history in 2001, their first 2 division ever during marching season. That's a first and hopely the only one in a long time to come. Congrats to the other bands for their first division. Martin will be competing in B.O.A. on Nov 3. |

Still I know that those two bands did a really good job and did their very best and I'm sure that they really deserved that 1,but the judges didn't think so. We had TOO much of a scare this year cause we really thought we were gonna get a 2. Had people actually attended summer band like they're supposed to (and I admit that includes me), we would have had a MUCH better turn out and more confidence in ourselves. But next year I promise with me being a senior n all we're gonna get our shh--stuff together. To start off with we'll drag people from their houses or where ever to summer band as well as practices/sectionals if we have to. We're going to be a lot more disciplined next year no doubt about it and there WILL be a better turn out as it's gonna be a STATE YEAR baby. Good job everyone! |

| Comments: | NT..you obviously weren't listening, the alexander drumline had way more than just quarter notes....did you hear their bass splits, more combinations than you could probably handle. None of that 123454321 crap. The bass line is non stop slit action. The 4 member snare line was cleaner than other 2 snare drumlines. A judge's opinion is worth more than your ignorance. Congratulations to the Alexander Drumline....you were the best this year! |

You just have to face the fact that you guys arent the best drumline this year , Alexander is.
